As part of the application process all of the following forms must be completed, signed and dated and submitted together to the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O) along with all required supporting documents.
The Application for Refugee Sponsorship on IRCC’s website contains all the required forms, including those that must be completed and signed by the sponsoring group and the refugee applicant. The forms are also available to download below.
